Single-cell transcriptome profiling of disease-related lymphocytes in patients with multiple sclerosis

Here, we use in vivo labeling at defined anatomical sites for "provance" tracking of immune cells across compartmental borders in the context of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE).
