We treated male Oxt-ires-Cre;RiboTag mice with either vehicle or CCK, collected hypothalami 2h post injection, pooled 2-3 tissues per sample, and affinity purified conditionally HA-tagged ribosomes (incl translating mRNA) specifically from oxytocin neurons.
